The detailed terms and conditions of sale below apply to all orders placed with the Seller for all items and services offered on the website www.maicha-kids.com. They are permanently accessible on the Website. Maïcha reserves the right to modify these at any time. The version of the general terms and conditions applicable to any transaction is the one available online on the website www.maicha-kids.com at the time of ordering. Consequently, placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms without reservation.

The presentation of products on the Seller's website at any given time does not guarantee that these items will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

THE CUSTOMER

When registering personal information, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the details provided. In case of an error in the recipient's contact information, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.

THE PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale by Maïcha are those listed on the Website at the time of its consultation by the Customer, subject to stock availability. To inform the customer as best as possible, Maïcha strives to provide for each Product a descriptive sheet containing, in addition to the photo, the following elements: price, available sizes, composition, care instructions, and specific characteristics.

Minor differences between a product and its photograph may exist, especially depending on the resolution or color definition of the Customer’s screen. It is also possible that non-substantial errors may appear in the Product description on the Website, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

PRICING

Prices applied in Morocco are those communicated on the Website and confirmed to the Customer when validating the order. Delivery charges are communicated to the Customer in the order summary before the final validation and are inclusive of all taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the Customer and are charged in addition to the sale price of the Products.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we commit to applying the rates displayed on the Website at the time of your order.

Please note that in the event of an erroneous price display (e.g., an unusually low price), for any reason (technical bug, human error, etc.), even if the order has been validated, we will automatically cancel the order and notify you as soon as possible. You may then reorder the product at the corrected price if you wish to proceed with the purchase.

4. PAYMENT
   Payment is made upon delivery of the order.

Maïcha reserves the right not to validate the order in case of existing dispute(s) with the customer, or abusive or abnormal exchanges and returns.

5. DELIVERY
   We deliver throughout Morocco. Delivery is free in Casablanca and chargeable elsewhere.

Maïcha commits to delivering your order within a maximum of 30 days.
Preparation time may increase up to 5 days during Sales or Private Sales due to the high number of orders.
Maïcha operates its deliveries through third-party service providers. Delivery is made from Morocco.
The usual order processing time is between 24 and 48 hours.
