What happens after I’ve placed my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to confirm the delivery address and date. It’s super important that the phone number you provide during checkout is correct! 📞

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it’s usually not possible to change or cancel it for logistical reasons. However, because your satisfaction is our priority, we’ll do our best to modify the size or delivery address as long as your order hasn’t started processing yet.
To request this, send us a message as soon as possible via the contact form or email us at contact@maicha-kids.com, including your order number and details of your request.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email within an hour of placing your order and your account has been debited, check your spam folder.
If it’s not there, please send us a message via the contact form or email us at contact@maicha-kids.com.
If your account hasn’t been debited, it means your order wasn’t confirmed. Feel free to place your order again for your favorite items!

What should I do if there’s an error in my package?
If there’s a mistake in your order, please send us a message via the contact form or email us at contact@maicha-kids.com. Make sure to include a photo, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

What payment methods do you offer?

Paypal : We accept PayPal for secure and convenient online payments. You can use your PayPal balance or link it to your credit/debit card for easy checkout.

What are the delivery fees?

Shipping fees vary based on your location and will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once your order is confirmed, it’s usually not possible to change the delivery address for logistical reasons. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If we haven’t contacted you within 4 days of your order, it means your order wasn’t processed. Feel free to place it again.
However, if you’ve been contacted by our customer service to confirm your order, but it hasn’t been delivered within 10 days of our call, contact us via the contact form or email us at contact@maicha-kids.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Returns and Refunds

What are the return conditions?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags, unworn, and unwashed. If these conditions aren’t met, we won’t be able to accept your return.

How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. To initiate a return, please send us a message via the contact form or email us at contact@maicha-kids.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return and the reason for the return

We will contact you to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item(s) through the same payment method used for your original order. If you wish to exchange the item for a different color, size, or style, you can place a new order directly on the website without waiting for the refund process to be completed.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges, but you can always return items that don’t suit you and place a new order for your preferred items.

What if I receive an incorrect item?
If there’s an error in your order, please send us a message via the contact form or email us at contact@maicha-kids.com. Don’t forget to include a photo, and we’ll quickly work to resolve the issue.

What is the refund timeline?
We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving it.
Once we’ve approved your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know the refund is on its way. The refund should appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
